DesignerWare’s PCRental Agent continues to change the rental industry as stores find success with the product. According to Tim Kelly, President of DesignerWare, “It’s amazing just how well the product has been received and the success stores are reporting. "In my stores, we only lockdown a computer basically when the customer has broken every commitment and has gone 8+ days late, but it’s up to each store as to how they manage the lockdown. We have some stores that lockdown everyone that hasn’t paid at the end of each week."
