Larry Sutton, president of Rent-n-Roll, LLC announced the completion of a multi-store License agreement for the Greensboro and Charlotte N.C. ADI’s with John Miller of Hometown Rentals, which currently operates 16 traditional Rent to Own stores in Virginia and North Carolina.

The new company J.B. & J.M. Enterprises, LLC will be developing stand alone Custom Wheel and tire Rent to Own stores under a License Agreement with Rent-n-Roll, LLC.

The first store under the agreement will open in Greensboro this August followed by a store in Charlotte before the end of the year.

Rent-n-Roll also announced the completion of their co-brand unit beta-site, which is a franchise that operates inside the traditional Rent to Own store.

We have gotten excellent results from our two beta-site stores and we are now ready to introduce the co-brand franchise which will be shown at the 'Show Down' in Reno this August. The co-brand unit was designed to service smaller markets that could not provide the volume necessary to support a stand-alone custom wheel and tire store. We took our time with the developmental process, as we wanted to be 100% certain that two completely different types of product could co-exist without disrupting the core business. With our proprietary custom wheel and tire business system we are convinced we can bring a lot to the table for a dealer needing to increase revenues and maximize profitability.
