By all accounts, the 2004
TRIB Group
(The Rental Industry Buying Group) was a resounding success. The
annual convention was held May 11th - 15th in Salt Lake City,
Utah. This years theme was "Follow the Leader."
84 Rent to own companies attended the show and, in true
buy-fair fashion, reportedly wrote over $10 million in PO's, a
10% increase over 2003. TRIB also awarded over $20,000 in prize
money for companies writing orders at the show. John Spangle (who's
who),
owner of Partners Rental Purchase,
was elected President of the group.
