RSSS announces the completion of their Bank Reconciliation Module rewrite. The new Bank Reconciliation Module integrates all RSSS Accounting and Summary Systems, generating bank ledger transactions and other reports automatically.

Ellison Crider, RSSS General Manager, says, "RSSS clients can now rest assured that all transactions from all areas of their system are integrated into the Bank Reconciliation Module."

The Accounts Payable System automatically generates bank ledger entries for checks when they are printed; journal entries to cash accounts in the General Ledger System automatically generate bank ledger entries; and now, with one simple request, the Summary System generates bank ledger entries for all deposits and returned checks for any group of stores or specified time period.

Additional features of this upgrade include: the ability to automatically post to different general ledger cash accounts based on store number, the "quick and mass clear" feature, expanded store selection options for posting revenue and expense numbers to the General Ledger, extensive search capabilities for bank transactions, and a new Bank Reconciliation Screen and Report.
