The 2004 RTO Industry Poll went live on October
27th. Preliminary results are
already showing significant differences year over year.
For example; 34.62% of respondents report lower customer counts versus only
23.5% in the 2003 poll. (see graph inset). This data is backed up by 56.4% of
respondents report being dissatisfied with their company growth in 2004, versus
39.5% being dissatisfied in 2003.
