easyhome (EH.TO), Canada's largest rent to own company, announced it is consolidating all executive committee functions in its Mississauga office effective March 31, 2006. In consultation with the Company, Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer, Bill Johnson, the only executive committee member not located in Mississauga, has elected to retire effective the date of the consolidation. Mr. Johnson will be working with the Company to search for a new Chief Financial Officer to take over his responsibilities effective on the date of Mr. Johnson's retirement.
