The Arkansas Rental Dealers Association (ARDA) kicked off its 2004 Fall Conference here Tuesday with a trout fishing tournament (sponsored by Woodson & Boozeman) and barbeque (sponsored by ADPRO, Jerry BOGO, Welton Techwood, and Zenith).
