The Insta-rent kiosks allow The Brick or United Furniture Warehouse customers, who may not qualify for special promotional programs, to take advantage of Insta-rent's rental or rent-to-own programs

Rentcash Inc. announced today that it has updated its store opening schedule with The Brick Group Income Fund whereby Insta-rent, a subsidiary of Rentcash, operates Insta- rent stores within the store locations of two subsidiaries of The Brick Group Income Fund, The Brick Warehouse and United Furniture Warehouse.

The Brick and United Furniture Warehouse have 162 retail stores across Canada, including twelve franchise locations. Insta-rent has existing operations in 46 of these stores. Insta-rent plans to rollout approximately 114 new stores over the next 24 months at the rate of 4-5 new openings per month.

Under the terms of the existing agreement, The Brick and United Furniture Warehouse provide retail space within their present stores to accommodate a specially designed Insta-rent kiosk. The Insta-rent kiosks allow The Brick or United Furniture Warehouse customers, who may not qualify for special promotional programs, to take advantage of Insta-rent's rental or rent-to-own programs. Store operating profits from each Insta-rent location are shared with The Brick and United Furniture Warehouse.
