Wal Mart is universally applauded for their focus on customer service. With
all due respect to Sam, ...Wal Mart, on its best day, can't match the
level of service provided by the smallest of Rent to Own dealers.
At Wal Mart you can return an item if your not satisfied...Yawn!
You can ask an employee, "where is the split-pea soup", and they will actually
escort you to the proper aisle!...Snore!
So Wally...you want to offer world class service?
I need a new fishing rod. Allow me to pay 1/40th of the retail price and try it
out for a week. After 7 days of fishing, allow me to call the sporting goods
department and tell them to send someone to my house with a different
model. After another week, allow me to call the store and tell them to pick it
up because I changed my mind.
The RTO industry gives consumers what they want, when they want it, and for
however long they need it. The customer is not only "Always Right"...they are
also always in control.
No other transaction offers the customer more control than Rent to Own.
No other transaction offers the consumer more flexibility.
