It's great to see how the RTO industry has evolved throughout the years and where it's headed into the future.

I served in the RTO industry in the late 1970's throughout the 1980's and saw the industry evolve into a true Retail environment with name brand products, well displayed with a professionalism that had been lacking in the days past.

When I started my own operations in the early 1980's, I envisioned bringing a Retail type environment and was at the forefront of offering names like Sony, Pioneer, General Electric, Whirlpool, and RCA. I located my stores in shopping centers where RTO customers could feel like value customers.

I sold my operations in the late 1980's but, have continued to observe the RTO industry and watched as the Big Operators gobbled up the small "Ma and Pa" operations. This consolidation has helped speed the evolution of our industry.

I miss the good ole days but admire the way the industry as a whole has progressed and grown. I continue to offer my services to anyone that has a need for a good ole RTO person with Fresh ideas and values.
