Kansas Democrat Dennis Moore (D-KS 3rd) became the 79th House co-sponsor of HR996; House version of The Consumer Rental Purchase Agreement Act. Representative Moore voted in favor of (HR1701) in 2002 but did not cosponsor the bill.
