TitleMax was founded in 1997 and operates more than 500 stores in Alabama, Georgia, Illinois, Mississippi, Missouri South Carolina and Tennessee servicing over 150,000 customers and employing over 1,700 people.

The qualified candidate will provide operational oversight for 200+ stores and directly supervise five to six Regional Managers to ensure the highest quality customer service is provided within each Region. The VP Operations will also provide support in the areas of compliance, recruiting and performance management. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Related Bachelor’s Degree, MBA or Masters Degree preferred.
• Five to ten years of related experience in a multi-unit environment. Management background in rent-to-own, consumer finance or payday advances a plus.
• Must be highly motivated with good communication skills and capable of leadership by example. Will represent the company on behalf of the COO and CEO/President.
• Must be committed to visiting individual stores within Regions and Districts.
• Proven experience in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
• Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and judgments.
• Ability to plan, develop and coordinate multiple projects.
• Skilled in conflict resolution and/or mediation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary is commensurate with experience up to $200k.
