Last week, at the Disney Coronado Springs Resort in Orlando, FL, MEGA Group USA awarded a brand new Cadillac CTS to Billy Allen of Billy’s TV and Stereo, Houma, LA just for selling Product Protection Plans.

MEGA Group’s Mallory Parker told members how Mega Group has helped to greatly increased member’s profit margins by providing them with on-site training seminars dealing with the selling of product protection plans. He also announced their new “RTO” product protection plans are assigned to the rental store, not the customer. This is a cutting edge program that will increase margins and reduce repair costs.

In addition to hearing Talley’s presentation, the members of the MEGA Group/MEGA Rental held roundtable sessions to discuss numerous business issues. Topics included how to perform financial analysis on your business, what is the actual cost to your company to provide delivery, how to improve your customer service, selling product protection and how to write an affordable advertising plan.

These roundtable discussions provide our members the opportunity to exchange ideas with their fellow members.
