The rent-to-own
industry is now recognizing the benefits E-Complish can offer to dealers in terms of prompt payments and
a reduction in recalls that far outweigh NONS.
E-Complish, LLC has announced that its simple and customized
payment solutions are now available to the rent-to-own industry.
Online and phone-based systems enable dealers to focus less on
traditional collections and concentrate efforts on customer
service and renewals while enjoying a lower percentage of slow-
or non-payments and truckrolls – a savings in time and money.
According to Marc Hopkins, Business Development Manager, E-Complish
provides three main services. Its Host Pay online customer
payment system and Direct Pay interactive voice response (IVR)
phone service provide RTO customers with the convenience of
24-hour access to automated payment capabilities – right from
their home. All they need is a credit card or checking account
and their account number. Host Pay requires Internet access
through which they can log on to a site branded to their RTO
store name. They are guided through a series of steps to make
their payment, a task accomplished within two to three minutes
rather than the possible hour it would take them to make a
personal payment at the store. Payments are processed via the
dealer’s current merchant account network that requires zero
third party handling of funds.
Direct Pay IVR is as convenient and available for customers who
prefer to use a toll free number to call in their payment. A
voice prompts them through a process for the same benefits to
both customer and dealer.
Both Host Pay and Direct Pay service provide a no cost approach
to dealers. Customers pay a minimal convenience fee for use of
these services.
E-Complish offers a phone-based outbound program that will
automatically call with a reminder message about payment due. It
will also initiate interactive collection capabilities, making
it possible for individuals to pay on the spot when they receive
their call.
Rejected at First
E-Commerce products and services were rejected at first in the
industry because they relieved customers from coming into the
store and regularly viewing merchandise for possible renewal
contracts. However, the industry is now recognizing the benefits
E-Complish can offer to dealers in terms of prompt payments and
a reduction in recalls that far outweigh NONS. Dealers are
finding creative ways to reach out to their customers and bring
them into their store for reasons other than payment.
Furthermore, the ability to feature products and specials online
each time the customer logs on to Host Pay brings the store
right to the customer.
