"The PROFIT 100 are role models for anyone who wants to expand
their
business domestically or internationally," says Ian Portsmouth,
editor of
PROFIT. "All entrepreneurs can take great lessons from the
product
development, human resources and marketing practices of Canada's

Rentcash changed its name to The Cash Store Financial after
spinning off Insta-Rent, the company's rent-to-own division in
March (see

Gordon Reykdal, Chairman and CEO of Rentcash said in March, "The name
change to The Cash Store Financial Services Inc., is a clear
definition of the company's primary focus of payday advances,
and signals the completion of separating the payday advance and
rental businesses. We are extremely excited to complete the
spin-out of Insta-Rent and to bring clarity to the operating models of both
the payday
advance and rental businesses."
