Using Net Promoter® Score ("NPS") methodology, Measuring Up produced a report for the U.S. Congress, documenting the fact that rent-to-own has the highest level of customer satisfaction of any industry in America, based on NPS, talking directly to 16,000 customers over a nine month period.
