RTO Pro is a complete point of sale software system for Rent to
Own (RTO) and Retail stores. RTO Pro was the first commercially
available, 32bit Windows based software package (Windows 95/NT)
for the Rent to Own industry.
Ron Ganus, President and head of development for FutureWare
Enterprises Inc., said simplicity, reliability and compatibility
equal value to rent to own companies when it comes to POS
software systems. "Since RTO Pro is Windows based," explained
Ganus. "Data can be easily exported and manipulated with
standard Windows tools like Excel or any other Window's program,
without having to go through a complicated conversion process."
RTO Pro has powerful reporting capabilities built in. Data for
custom reports can be retrieved using Windows programs such as
Microsoft’s Access, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft
Powerpoint, WordPerfect, Seagate Crystal Reports and a number of
other 3rd party reporting programs.

RTO Pro recently added a new function that allows users to
create custom inventory reports. "Inventory can be grouped and
sorted by whatever fields the customer desires," said Ganus.

RTO Pro has been fully integrated with Teletrack since 2003.
Other capabilities include: Complete Inventory including
Depreciation, Retail Sales including Installment Sales, Complete
Rental with Multiple Contract and Unlimited Payment Processing,
Document Imaging, Integrated Time Clock, Collection and Overdue
Reports and On Screen Account Management, Billing, Airtime
Accounts, Automatic Late Fee Capability, Revenue Reports, BOR /
Income Report / Graphs with APU figures, Projected Revenue
Reports, Sales Tax Reports, Daily Income and Deposit Reports,
Automatic Transfer of Inventory for Multiple Stores.
