H2H will
continue RNR operations at two stores - Panama City and Atlanta.
Rent-A-Tire, the nation's largest independently owned custom wheel and tire
rent-to-own company, has acquired two RNR (formerly Rent-N-Roll)
locations from H2H Investments' Mike Gilner. The acquired stores
- Columbus and Macon, GA. - bring Rent-A-Tire's total
store-count to 65.
Matt Seaburn, Chief Financial Officer for Rent-A-Tire, said
"We are excited about these two stores and look forward to our
continued expansion in Georgia and the Carolina's."
California based Rent-A-Tire added 12 stores in 2007 and
acquired Rent-A-Wheel in 2008 (see
story). Average revenue per store in 2007 was $1.3 million.
H2H also sold its Stone Mountain, GA location to store manager
James Parker and a partner.
H2H will continue RNR operations at two stores - Panama City and
Atlanta.
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
