Ron Manyo and Doug Butler, who combined claim 50 years of RTO industry experience, have launched RTOStats.com, an online service where Rent to Own dealers can compare performance in key operational areas.

"Successful owners have all asked themselves at one time or another, 'How is my store doing compared to the rest of the Rent to Own industry overall?'," explains Ron Manyo. "RTO Stats was created to answer this question."

The site brings valuable operational data from subscribing Rent-to-Own companies together in one location accessible form any computer with internet access. Subscribers are able to compare company statistics with other RTO company stats in their state or any state nationwide.

With a mouse-click, members compare:

1. Number of Delivery's
2. Pick Up's
3. Pay Out's
4. Charge Off's

In addition, RTO Stats subscribers may view bottom line numbers including:

1. New Rental Income
2. Late Fees
3. Delivery Fees and Processing Fees

Subscribers fax a Weekly Work Sheet to RTOstats. Data is entered by RTOstats.com staff. "Stats are updated weekly and strict confidentiality is maintained," said Doug Butler. "All statistics shared by member companies are based on average per state and not per individual company – no company names are given out or listed anywhere on this site."

RTOStats.com also features a national Do-Not-Rent List. "Subscribers share charge-off information weekly and RTOStats.com displays charged-off customer name, plus RTO store name and telephone number," Butler said. "Dealers in Utah, for example, can find out if a potential customer has been charged off from an RTO in NJ, TX or Florida."
