Scott Brinker began his Rent to Own career as an Account Manager for Rent A Center in 1989. He became a Store Manager for Renters Choice in 1993.

In 1997, Scott joined an independent rental dealer where he continued to hone his RTO management skills. In 2000, Scott joined RTO Consulting & Management, Inc. based in Charlotte, NC as a store operations consultant. With RTO C&M, he works with independent dealers across the country, offering company / store evaluations, auditing and training services. Scott's articles are listed in the menu at right.
