When First American Rental sold its assets to Rent Rite in March of 2002, CEO Dave Oliver (bio, articles), and CFO Ken Owen (who's who), knew that First American would be reborn.

Dave and Ken formed O&O Enterprises, purchased the First American brand and started with three stores in Central Georgia. Once the stores were off and running with great staffs providing great products at the lowest prices, First American Rental began reentering the markets in metro Atlanta so proudly served over the last 20 years.

In December of 2003 First American opened in Stockbridge Georgia and currently has two leases signed for stores scheduled to open in September of this year. These two stores are in markets First American Rental has served in the past.
