Senator Mike Crapo (R-ID) has invited Members of the Coalition for Fair Rental Regulations to testify on behalf of the Consumer Rental Purchase Agreement Act of 2005 (S603) at a Senate Banking Committee hearing Tuesday, June 21, at 10am.

Coalition members Marty Auble, Chris Korst, Mamie Harper, and Ron Waters will travel to D.C. to testify.

The Coalition will testify in favor of including S603 in the Regulatory Relief Bill currently pending in the Senate.

Reportedly, a recent resolution to the Senate log jam surrounding "industrial loan company" exemptions has quickly moved the Regulatory Relief Bill to the top of the stack. Resolution of this issue would fast-track the de-reg bill.
