The "Tara Golf Classic" was held Sunday at the Quarry Golf Club in San Antonio Texas. The event was part of the 2004 Texas Association of Rental Agencies convention and was sponsored by O'Rourke Sales Company and Ashley Furniture.

23 teams completed in the 4 man scramble. The team of Neil Noris, Craig Kruetzler, Rick Solis, and Charles Dobbs took first place with a score of 59. Second place was John Spangle (who's who) , Doug Funk, and Jesse Torres with a 61.

Closest to the pin was Ron Whitley and longest drive honors went to Felix Fisher.
