The 2004 Midwest RTO Expo
Welcome Reception was held Tuesday evening at the Columbus, Ohio
Convention Center.
Rent to Own dealers from Indiana, Michigan, Wisconsin, Ohio,
Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Illinois and West Virginia gathered for
what Association of Progressive Rental Organizations (APRO)
President Shannon Strunk called "an historic event," the first
regional rent to own tradeshow. APRO has been actively
encouraging regional versus state tradeshows since 2003.
"This gives our managers a chance to give feedback on new
products," said David P. David, owner of Full-o-Pep Appliances.
Full-o-Pep chartered a bus and brought 47 employees to the Expo.
The company operates 43 locations and employs 240 people. None of which,
according to David, are shy about giving feedback on products to
stock.
