| I've been in the RTO business almost 4 years, as a manager almost 2 yrs. Since I took over my store, we have gained almost 150 B.O.R., and almost 90 customers. I attribute our success to GREAT customer satisfaction. We will do whatever it takes to make our customers happy. For example, it took taking one customer five dryers(even though I knew it had to be in the plug) to make sure that they were happy. Four of the five I took in my personal truck. I think that it takes that kind of personal commitment to make a successful store, and I think my staff sees that and reacts to the situation. |
