Henri describes his region's growth as "fantastic!". He attributes Aaron's results to "The team and the program." He explained, "Number one is good, hard working team members that care about the customer. They believe in who we are and what we do at Aaron's. We help people achieve a better quality of life. I go home every night feeling good about what I do for a living." That message, he added, "is powerful and resonates throughout the entire company."

Where will Aarons be in 10 years? Rogers said, "We are always trying new things, new approaches to the business. Look at what we've accomplished so far. Ten years from now we'll be doing things that nobody today could even imagine!"
