Ruben Flores and Joshua Goss have beaten all projections since opening their first Premier Rental Purchase location in Bradenton, Florida.

In the first two months of operating their new Premier RTO store Joshua Goss and Ruben Flores have beaten all their projections. These two RTO vets decided to go out on their own as Premier dealers in Bradenton, Florida after researching the options. And they haven’t been disappointed. While they expected a healthy base of loyal customers to follow them, the level of activity and profit was happily unexpected, leaving them ahead of schedule in adding wheel rentals on site.

“We knew a lot of customers would follow us because they liked doing business with people they know,” said Ruben. “Big companies change personnel left and right. We wanted to build a clientele base with our RTO customers first [before adding wheel rentals] because they are a different clientele than those looking for wheels.”

Since that happened quickly, Joshua and Ruben were soon ready to offer more.

“It’s nice to have all things in one store for customers,” said Ruben of their new venture into wheels. “The bonus is that new wheels customers are converting to RTO customers as well.”

No wonder they are exceeding projections.

“The wheels idea came from our competitor,” added Joshua. While he and Ruben knew nothing about wheels, they have found that Scott Savell, president of Premier Wheel Rentals had been doing it for years and has been quick to provide the support and expertise they needed. “He’s a phone call away,” said Joshua who agrees with Ruben that they could actually say start-up has been easy. They have been impressed by the experienced vendors that Scott recommended and look forward to a November Grand Opening.

“We are extremely excited that Joshua and Ruben are now offering wheels,” said Scott. “Both have many years experience in RTO, and they are glad to be part of our team because we have the most experience in the wheels and tires industry. They are in a great wheel market in Florida and will certainly capitalize on that.”

With nearly 15 years of RTO experience between them, they have found few surprises upon opening their business. However Joshua does mention one of them. “The biggest surprise is how quickly we can get products. Working through a corporation took forever to get what we wanted. It now takes us at most a week and a half for RTO and no more than three days for wheels.”

He goes on to say that being honest and customer service oriented is one reason they are beating projections. “Providing customers with what they want, including special orders that let them make their own choices is a big reason. Through Premier’s buying power we have the ability to get what customers want from wherever they want.”
