Premier Rents Kicks Off Annual Business Meeting In Cincinnati

Sixty Premier Companies franchisees and vendors kicked off the company's annual business conference in Cincinnati, Ohio Monday night. The group gathered at the Great American Stadium for a Reds versus Washington Nationals baseball game. Pinch-hitter Javier Valentin's two-run home run in the bottom of the eighth gave the Reds an 8-7 come-from-behind win over the Nationals. See a complete photo gallery of Monday's event here.

According to President/CEO Trooper Earle, enthusiasm continues to grow for Premier’s conventions and conferences, which provide valuable networking opportunities and support for Premier dealers. “I am very pleased with the turnout,” he says. “The number of franchisees has doubled over last year." All four Premier companies are represented at this year's business meeting – Premier Rental Purchase, Premier Home Furnishings, Premier Wheel Rentals and UGetcha Cash, Premier's financial services division.

Earle explained that Premier's objective at the annual business meeting is to gather feedback from franchisees. "We talk about what's working and how to do things better," he said. Everything is on the table, from marketing and purchasing strategy to improving the bottom line. Trooper explains, "At Premier meetings, all services are evaluated, and where franchisees believe there is improvement to be made, they work on it together. Nothing can replace the energy and productivity brought by being all together in the same room to consider similar goals and new benchmarks for success."

Earle feels Premier’s biggest strength and distinguishing advantage is its ability and commitment to break the mold of a traditional franchisor-franchisee relationship. He encourages franchisees to be entrepreneurs and get involved in Premier’s progress as a pioneer in the RTO industry.

“Our franchisees are successful because they are customer service oriented," said Earle. "That same philosophy is reflected by Premier Companies toward its customers - Premier Franchisees. Only when they are satisfied are we successful. And judging from our growth we are doing something right! It’s important to get together and celebrate that.”
