-Why is “Lower Total Cost of Ownership very important to RTO dealers? Because you have to prepare yourself for the unexpected, especially in a down economy. This is in addition to RTO customers being tougher on their rental products than if they owned it themselves. I’ve heard so many horror stories (on the condition of notebook computers) when the notebook is returned from rental. Everything from broken screens and damaged motherboards to cracked casing and damaged hard drives. What does this mean to the RTO dealer?
