Results
During the Month of December, RTO Online conducted an Annual
Rent to Own Industry Poll consisting of 35 questions. Our
goal of 200 unique respondents was met on December 29th.
Our Favorite Data Nugget
In response to the question: "All are important, but which of the following do you believe
is most important to the profitability of a rent to own
company; Sales, Collections, or Customer Service?"
Only 18% cited "Collections" compared to 68.5% for "Customer
Service." Sales came in dead last with a meager 13.5% reporting "Sales" as being "Most
