Three hundred ColorTyme
franchisees, employees and vendors will converge on Dallas,
Texas this weekend for Saturday's kickoff of the 18th annual
ColorTyme Winter Operations Meeting (WOM).
ColorTyme was founded by Willie Talley 27 years ago when he
began selling Curtis Mathes color televisions and realized many
of his customers couldn’t afford to buy a new TV in one payment.
ColorTyme is now the oldest franchised rent-to-own company in
the United States. Coordinating operations in nearly 300
franchise locations in 40 states owned by a wide range of entrepreneurs is
the job of Tim Hogan, ColorTyme Vice President of Operations.
