A graduate of Franklin & Marshall College and Boston University
School of Law, Ms. Gibbs has held legal positions of increasing
responsibility in both New York law firms and publicly-held and
private companies located in New York City and Atlanta. Prior to
joining Home Depot, Ms. Gibbs served as Vice President, General
Counsel and Corporate Secretary of the Athlete's Foot Stores,
LLC from 2000 to 2005.
