Shawn began working for Heilig Meyers while in college. He graduated college at 18 with a degree in Business Administration and Management. He was quickly promoted to Store Manager and, at age 20, was promoted to multi unit management.

Shawn was recruited by Aaron Rents. He began as a sales associate and was quickly promoted to Store Manager, then District manager

Shawn is striking out on his own. He is in the initial phases of opening his own computer leasing store called Compulease.
