If passed, Schumer's Rent-to-own Reform Act would designate a
Rental Purchase transaction as a credit sale, overriding
existing law in 47 states.
Carrico hopes to see at least 200 rental dealers in Dallas on
January 26. "We need every rental dealer to attend so we can
know first hand your concerns as we begin our new legislative
initiatives," he said.
